The Potter’s Wheel Inner City Mission has programs to provide for basic immediate needs and others designed to educate people to give them the skills needed to help themselves.
Working with the YMCA to provide a variety of classes for students, while promoting core experiences and Christian-living enrichment.
Providing increased food security, improved nutrition and community for low-income Evansville residents.
Providing clothing to Evansville’s inner city residents for everyday activities, job interviews, employment and social events.
Promoting the development of healthier children through improved parenting skills.
Promoting literacy and instilling an excitement for reading in children while strengthening the bond between parent and child, and enhancing the quality of life for the parents, children and the family unit.
Providing increased food security and improved nutrition by giving food items to those who attend worship service on Sunday from 10:30 to 1:00pm.
